In accordance with the European Directive 2000/31/EC on certain aspects of electronic commerce, the placing of an order implies acceptance by the customer, which entails the formation of the contract and the final acceptance by the customer of the prices and the description of the products available for sale as well as all general conditions of sale.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is registered, it will be confirmed by e-mail and usually shipped within five to eight working days.
All orders are shipped from Bonneuil sur Marne (Department 94), using La Poste’s Colissimo service.
Shipping costs are those in force at the time of the order and are indicated before payment in the details of your shopping basket. Delivery times for France are five to eight working days from the confirmation of the order.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REIMBURSEMENT
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code on distance selling (articles L121-16 and following the Consumer Code), you have the right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason and without penalty, only return costs are your responsibility. The law provides the buyer of a product with a period of seven working days from delivery. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
Beyond this time period, Les Racines du Ciel SARL has the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

The exchange or refund of items can be accepted only if the items ordered are returned to us in perfect condition, not worn, not washed, nor dirty or damaged.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but shipping costs will not be billed in the case of an exchange. For items on sale or benefitting from a discount, you will be given a credit for a future purchase.
